I would like to know just what is driving this Governments push to bringing in more Migrants . We have enough unemployed that are just about on the scrap heap , with no serious attempt to solve their problem , which deserves top priority by our Government .
So who is pulling the strings here , the United Nations , foreign influence , inept Politicians or a mix of all of these , and not to forget greedy business , which are the Australians to benefit most by selling to the Immigrants who are paying them with mainly welfare payments from Centrelink . The result is , of course , a great drain on welfare money , only good for business and really financed by cut backs to the already suffering Welfare recipients .
No recognition whatsoever for their lifetime of work for this country , which means nothing to the present day LNP philosophy . It is business above all and the others and the country can go down the drain .

Put simply, the only winners from the current immigration numbers is big business. They get more customers for their all too often shoddy products. Where do these new customers get their purchasing power? From welfare payments of course. The established political parties are willing to sell their souls for more campaign funds and “Big Business” will supply that funding with a provision that immigration numbers will increase. Meanwhile, our youth is not being adequately educated or trained for the few jobs that do exist and are left on the sidelines. To cope with the burgeoning population we are forced to spend heavily on infrastructure that is not able to meet the needs of our communities. Too many teachers simply do not know how to teach and class discipline, essential for learning, is non-existent. We need to clean up our act. Reduce immigration, get class numbers down, show teachers the simple principles of instruction and graduate students with basic numeracy and literacy skills. Times tables have not been taught in schools for decades. Boring, but essential learning. Reading, writing and comprehension are essential that are put aside as too difficult. Young people can no longer express themselves or adequately understand the written word. In short, they are too often unemployable. Yet, we allow them to leave school and go on unemployment benefits. We need a nation that is smaller and smarter.
