FAIR LAWS 4 FARMERS

By forcing through flawed vegetation management laws Labor continues to demonise Queensland and attack farmers by treating them like criminals and today I had the honor of joining an army of fed up farmers demanding this ends so they start to get a fair go!By attacking Queensland farmers Labor has shown it doesn’t care about primary producers, it doesn’t care about the environment, it only cares about keeping the greenies happy so they can farm their preferences. If you want to support rural and regional Queenslanders and help our farmers you can contact Premier Palaszczuk (07) 3737 2100 or Jackie Trad (07) 3724 9100 and let them know you oppose Labor's flawed and rushed vegetation management laws. You can learn more about how these laws will hurt farming families in Queensland by visiting this website: www.atruestory.com.au#FairLaws4Farmers #YourFoodOurFuture #PaulineHanson #OneNation

Farmers Thrown Under The Bus, Again – Vegetation Management Legislation

By forcing through flawed vegetation management laws Labor continues to demonise and attack farmers by treating them like criminals and today I had the honor of joining an army of fed up farmers demanding this ends so they start to get a fair go!

By attacking farmers Labor has shown it doesn’t care about primary producers, it doesn’t care about the environment, it only cares about keeping the greenies happy so they can farm their preferences.

If you want to support rural and regional Queenslanders and help our farmers you can contact Premier Palaszczuk (07) 3737 2100 or Jackie Trad (07) 3724 9100 and let them know you oppose Labor’s flawed and rushed vegetation management laws.

I know who the criminals are and it’s certainly not the farmers! Shame on you Premier Palaszczuk, you don’t deserve the job.

Totally agree Pauline. This Queensland government is a complete SHAME. Why hit our hard working farmers, who against all odds keep the foodchain going. I have been reading of so many shameful ways this government has done to hit them so hard. these are real people, not some statistic on a piece of paper, to be treated as as they are less than human. Yes, SHAME on you Anastasia, and your government. It makes us all so furious that you are doing all these things to our People on the Land that are the backbone of our country..

I just feel gob smacked when I see how our shiny arsed politicians continue to kick our farmers and rural residents in the crutch on a continual basis. Having a few beers in the pub with those in the pub does not warrant communication with those slaving on the land. There will always be those sitting on a bar stool drinking and expressing all the knowledge that a beer brings, but for the ridgey didge farmers, they are too busy to be sitting in the pub and paying through the nose for alcohol. Most genuine farmers cannot afford to be sitting on a bar stool and are too busy just trying to feed stock or gauging whether or not they can afford to plant crops because they are at the whim of the weather. Australia has in the past has tried to adopt the processes that the Americans use with broad-acre farming. They have snow falls and frozen ground to contend with, but it all moisture. We don’t have that and are subject to unreliable weather and bugger all natural water courses. Our rivers are intermittent and access to our subterranean water supply seems to be out of bounds unless you happen to be a coal mining corporation. I have looked at the wind breaks utilized by the Kiwis who have a greater chance of obtaining rain than Australia simply because of their geological situation on the globe. Surely, windbreaks would help to decrease drying wind effects on our farmlands. Trees planted in such conditions should, if possible be those hardwoods that in maturity could be used as timber banks, however, they must be maintained as a tax incentive and replaced/harvested so that the wind break is maintained. As mentioned elsewhere, dams should be built up north to catch monsoonal rainfall and directed south to areas that have intermittent supplies. Coal mining corporations should be made to either pay for water or provide their own containment’s and filtering that water for reuse. Our artesian basins should not be put under risk of being polluted by either mining or fracking systems.
Australian farmers should be respected and assisted to continue the difficult tasks they have and to continue providing food for this country. Australian produce should be the priority on our shopping shelves, not foreign produce. With decently administered infrastructure projects, Australians should have longtime employment in construction and ongoing maintenance of such projects and flow on employment with benefits to farmlands and farm employment. Everyone would benefit. Political allegiances have been misplaced and if such principles were adopted by our forefathers, we wouldn’t exist.

Its almost like there is a hidden agenda to cripple the farmers financially and some are so broke that they are selling their land that they love so much to the Chinese. The Australian government is turning its back on the very people that feed it. Pauline Hanson will win by a landslide.

Only the strong will be allowed to survive it. Wasters and worthless will perish. Sorry but so far, that’s just the way it is.
