Born and raised in Port Macquarie, Chris Walsh is proud to call the Cowper electorate his lifelong home. As one of 12 children, Chris learned the value of hard work and community from an early age. Married to his local sweetheart, Joyanne, Chris is a dedicated husband, father of two, and grandfather to two, with a third grandchild on the way.

Chris has built a diverse career that spans labouring, operating his own landscaping business, and serving as Campus Manager and Building Project Manager at Kempsey Adventist School. He later worked as a school chaplain, where he supported the next generation with guidance and care. Now residing in Kempsey with Joyanne, Chris is deeply committed to the Cowper community.

Chris enters politics not as a career politician but as a father and grandfather determined to secure a brighter future for the next generation. He is passionate about rebuilding the foundations of Australian society by strengthening the family unit, supporting local businesses, and preserving Australia’s natural resources. Chris firmly opposes policies that have sent manufacturing offshore, created unsustainable immigration levels, and allowed foreign entities to dictate Australia’s future.

“Our resources, our businesses, and our communities should serve Australians first,” Chris says. “It’s time for a government that prioritises its people, not foreign interests.”

Chris is proud to stand with Pauline Hanson’s One Nation, advocating for policies that restore local manufacturing, reduce the cost of living, and invest in renewable energy alternatives that actually benefit Australians. He is calling on the Cowper community to join him in creating meaningful change by voting One Nation at the upcoming federal election.

It’s time to put Australians first—our families, our businesses, and our future depend on it.
