Pauline Hanson Rejects Company Tax Cuts

Let's make it very clear - I will not be supporting Company Tax Cuts.I spoke this morning on Sunrise with Derryn Hinch about the matter of Corporate Tax Cuts and even had Clive Palmer lobbying my staff over the weekend. Clive claimed he'd make more money off his $450 million dollars in the bank if company tax cuts were passed. Sorry Clive, it's not all about you.Don't forget small to medium sized businesses have already received a company tax cut which I supported last year up to $50 million.Happy to hear your views as always.#Auspol #PaulineHanson #TaxCuts #Mulitnationals #Australia

Company Tax Cuts Dead until Multinationals Pay Fair Share

One Nation has definitively answered no on their support for Company tax cuts for companies earning over $50 million a year.

One Nation previously delivered relief in the form of tax cuts for small and medium businesses up to $50 million a year. The government must force multinational companies to pay their fair share of tax. Over 700 multinationals pay little or no tax despite turning over billions of dollars in revenue each year. Until they pay their fair share, One Nation cannot support tax cuts for large companies.

One Nation also supported income tax cuts for workers. Nurses, teachers, tradies and emergency service personnel are just some of the workers that will benefit from the tax cuts starting the next financial year.

From Pauline:

Give it to them Pauline because the system is utterly broken. The only time Shorten and Turnbull get together is at the Sydney homosexual mardi gras and help promote it as a children friendly event. You have my support.

Thankyou Pauline and Darren; I am a normal everyday Australian senior pensioner and and here are my thoughts. Although both of you have different opinions on many serious problems that affect our country you both seem to be heading in the same direction on the TAX evasion of the large internationals. They make vast amounts of profits from AUSTRALIAN and give back nothing back in return. For the sake of Australia and the Australian people at least join forces on this and maybe a few other politicians will have enough courage and backbone to go along with you both. Thank you. Fully agree that these multi national companies need to kick in. After all they take billions out of this country and need to pay their way, however, it seems irrelevant to our coffers if turnball/ bishop continue to give money we can I’ll afford to countries to perpetuate the moslem ideology.

Pauline, I hope you realise just how much support you really have. I’m a strong supporter and when I tell people, they reply “yeah, I like her ideas, but can she run the country ?” Why can’t the independents get together and back each other to keep these greedy major party snakes where they can stop doing the damage to our Country that they are. Surely the differences that exist amongst the Independents can be ironed out in order to save our Country and way of life.

Tax turnover! Why not levy a 10% gross turnover tax that is deductible from other taxes so a company that “does the right thing” will not suffer any extra tax, BUT a company that pays little tax will need to pay at least 10% (or 15%?) tax calculated on their gross turnover total.
Put simply, a company that can’t afford to pay a “GST-level” 10% tax like we all do on taxed income, well what ARE THEY DOING doing business in Australia? Go away or pay 10% on grand total turnover… or leave and let more efficient and honest companies do that business.
