Australian Constitution

Do aboriginals need to be specifically included in the constitution as it seems doing so would be nothing but a form of racism. The constitution should be for ALL Australians regardless of race, creed, or religion and no one should be discriminated either positively or negatively, particularly as the one just creates the other. I would also add is it appropriate to include more amendments to the constitution to include clearer rights such as freedom of speech and bodily autonomy?
