One Nation’s Federal Executive has confirmed Saturday, 7 March 2026 as the date for the Farrer by-election preselection, with eligible party members of more than three months standing invited to vote from 9am before proceedings commence at 10am sharp. Members will choose between three experienced regional candidates, Leigh Wolki of Albury, small business owner and agriculture advocate focused on water security and local infrastructure, Guy Cooper, fifth-generation Farrer local and agribusiness relationship manager championing regional investment and competitive industry policy, and David Farley, Riverina agricultural leader and former CEO with global experience in irrigation, cotton and cattle enterprises.
