Steve Mav for TAS Senate
Steve is a small business owner providing professional advice, risk management, and business support to Tasmanian businesses. For the past 20 years his business management background skills have been put to good use helping and advising organisations across Australia; both large and small. Steve has worked in tough environments and built a reputation for being willing to deal with hard issues. For example, he has helped fight corruption and maladministration during his eight years as a local government councillor in Tasmania and gives freely of his time as a community representative with not-for-profit organisations.
Steve is proudly Australian and has campaigned against foreign ownership of agricultural land. He’s also acted as an independent advocate fighting for the rights of “the little guy” in Tasmania, assisting people to access government services at every level—from local to federal. Like many Tasmanians, Steve has opposed the “greens agenda” to lock up Tasmania and destroy blue collar jobs.
With Steve’s love for his home state of Tasmania and his country, he has developed a name as someone who stands up to corruption and has the courage to fight for the community. He is on record for bravely speaking out against attempts by the Chinese Communist Party and the United Nations to take control of our nation and—as we now see happening more frequently—our Australian way of life.
