However, this turned out to be a Captain’s call from the top, with Coalition politicians who publicly said they supported the motion being forced to tow the party line and re-neg on their support. (Skip to 3:05 to see the quote from Luke Howarth MP).
As the second vote happened, where the Coalition crumbled under political correctness and changed their vote to join with the Labor and Greens, One Nation held our own press conference which was live-streamed so all of the information was available direct to the public instead of through the biased media.

You’ll notice that even though Pauline said that it doesn’t matter if you’re black, white or brindle as long as you’re Australian multiple times, this was never reported in the media and One Nation was labelled racist.
The vote on this motion only confirms what we have suspected for far too long. Australian politics under the two major parties is suffocated by huge political correctness and white guilt. How can any of these politicians do their job of building this country if they can’t acknowledge a simple phrase without causing a circus?
