Having dealt with government regulations and taxation firsthand as an employer, he understands the burdens placed on business owners and the impact these policies have on workers and families.

He is also passionate about ensuring Australia’s national infrastructure is built for future generations, pushing for policies that support local construction, affordable energy and sustainable economic growth. With decades in the construction industry, Glen has witnessed government mismanagement and waste and he is committed to holding politicians accountable for how taxpayer money is spent.

With seven adult children, two stepchildren and 11 grandchildren, Glen deeply values family and community. He believes in policies that strengthen local communities, improve opportunities for young Australians and ensure a fair go for everyone.
