Our community deserves representation that reflects its values and priorities. Together, we can make Capricornia a stronger, safer, and more prosperous place for all.
Posted on Candidates by One Nation · January 28, 2025 9:08 PMCheryl Kempton is proud to represent Pauline Hanson’s One Nation as the candidate for Capricornia. A passionate advocate for her community, Cheryl believes in the power of common-sense policies that put Australians first and address the unique challenges facing regional Queensland.
Living in Capricornia, Cheryl understands the key issues affecting the electorate, including the rising cost of living, youth crime, and the need for infrastructure to support local industries. She is committed to fighting for local jobs, reducing government overreach, and ensuring that Capricornia’s natural resources are used to benefit the people who live and work in the region. “Our community deserves representation that truly reflects its values and priorities,” Cheryl says.
Cheryl is particularly passionate about creating opportunities for small businesses, farmers, and tradespeople, all of whom play a vital role in the economy of Capricornia. She advocates for better roads, improved water infrastructure, and policies that ease the financial burdens on local families. Cheryl also supports measures to tackle crime and restore a sense of safety to the community.
Frustrated with the failures of the major parties, Cheryl sees One Nation as the only party truly committed to serving Australians rather than corporate or globalist interests. “It’s time to bring back accountability and ensure that policies reflect the needs of everyday Australians, not just those of big business or political elites,” she emphasises.

Our future depends on putting Australians first—whether it’s affordable energy, local jobs, or safer communities. Together, we can build a brighter future for Flynn.
Posted on Candidates by One Nation · January 28, 2025 8:52 PMDavid Harris is a proud veteran, business owner, and dedicated advocate for the Flynn electorate, standing with Pauline Hanson’s One Nation to deliver practical solutions for Australians. With nearly 12 years of service in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), David’s leadership and commitment to national security have shaped his vision for building a stronger, more prosperous Australia. His time in the RAAF provided firsthand experience of teamwork, service, and the importance of policies that prioritise Australians first.
David is focused on lowering the cost of living, improving access to affordable energy, and preserving local jobs. He firmly believes Australia’s natural resources should benefit its citizens, not just large corporations. Advocating for low-emission coal-fired power stations and a balanced transition to renewable energy, David’s energy policies aim to reduce household bills and ensure affordable, reliable power. “Australia has the resources to lead the way in affordable energy. It’s time we used them to benefit our people, not overseas interests,” David says.
As a business owner, David understands the challenges faced by local industries and is passionate about creating more opportunities for Australians through apprenticeships, infrastructure investment, and reducing reliance on foreign work visas. He is proud to support One Nation’s pilot program for regional apprenticeships, giving businesses the tools to train and hire skilled local workers.
Community safety is also a top priority for David, who is committed to supporting law enforcement and ensuring every Australian can feel secure at home and in their community. “No one should ever have to fear for their safety. Our communities deserve better,” he emphasises.
A devoted family man, David spends his free time camping, fishing, and connecting with his wife, children, and the vibrant Flynn community. His vision is a future where Queenslanders can thrive with strong family values, affordable living, and more local opportunities.

Our children and farmers are the future of this country. It's time for a government that respects individual freedom, supports industry, and reduces the burden of excessive laws and taxes.
Posted on Candidates by One Nation · January 28, 2025 8:17 PMNatalie Davis, a dedicated educator and single mother, has called Beaudesert home for years, where she raises her daughter, Jessica. With a career in teaching spanning since 2007, Natalie has witnessed the growing challenges in Australia’s education system firsthand. Having worked in both public and private schools, she has seen a troubling decline in literacy and numeracy skills, a lack of respect for authority, and an increase in mental health issues among students.
Concerned about the disengagement of many students being pushed through to Year 12 without adequate support or skills, Natalie has long advocated for a restructuring of Australia’s education system. In 2012, she embarked on a PhD to explore ways to maximise educational and economic benefits for the nation. Her research revealed the critical need for an education system that prepares students for both academic and trade-based careers, addressing a growing skills gap in Australia.
In 2023, Natalie broadened her understanding of governance by attending the School of Government program at River University in the US. This experience deepened her commitment to ensuring Australian governments operate within their defined roles, respecting the freedoms and liberties of the people they serve. A proud Christian, Natalie strongly supports property rights, individual freedoms, and policies that empower Australians rather than restrict them.
Natalie’s priorities include reviving Australia’s manufacturing sector, securing water resources, and strengthening agriculture. She is passionate about cutting government overreach and tackling cost-of-living pressures by reducing prohibitive legislation, curbing excessive migration, and paying down national debt. Natalie believes Australia must focus on self-reliance and cut ties with international bodies like the UN that undermine the nation’s sovereignty.

With a vision for a stronger, freer Australia, Chad is determined to ensure his community has a representative who truly understands the challenges and opportunities facing the nation today.
Chad has spent countless hours reflecting on the issues that have eroded Australia’s foundations under the leadership of the major parties. He believes that short-term decisions have undermined key sectors like mining, manufacturing, agriculture, and technology, while also chipping away at Australia’s liberty and national identity.
“Australia has become a gilded cage where we’ve traded our advantages and freedoms for convenience,” Chad says. “We are forgetting who we are, but I am inspired to fight for the memory of what Australia was, and what it can be.”
Chad is committed to addressing the pressing issues facing Wide Bay, including cost-of-living pressures, better opportunities for small businesses, and safeguarding the region’s unique natural resources.
