With a Master of Laws in Commercial Litigation, an Honours degree in Criminology, and over 20 years of experience in legal practice, Tony leads AFL Solicitors, a respected firm based in Sydney. He was the first lawyer in Australia to challenge COVID mandates and lockdowns in court and has since become a leading voice for medical autonomy, civil liberties, and individual freedoms.

Tony has a proven record of standing up for those forgotten by the major parties—representing Indigenous Australians, remote communities, domestic violence survivors, and the homeless. He’s provided pro bono legal services, led disaster relief efforts in the 2022 NSW floods, and has worked closely with frontline groups like Father Chris Riley’s Youth Off The Streets.
