Abolish Net Zero by 2050 Policy

To the Honourable President and members of the Senate in Parliament assembled:

The petition of the undersigned shows:

Australians were never asked if they wanted a Net Zero by 2050 policy. Net-zero is driving up power and fuel prices, costing jobs, making our industries uncompetitive, and pushing climate alarm onto children in schools.

All this while our emissions are barely over 1% of the global total, and countries like China, India and the US continue to pollute without consequence.

Net Zero has become a political slogan, one that delivers nothing but higher costs, more red tape, and added pressure on Aussie families, farmers, truckies, and tradies.

Request:

Your petitioners ask that the Senate:

  1. Abolish Australia’s Net Zero by 2050 policy, along with any associated subsidies, mandates, or legislation.
  2. Hold a full public inquiry into the economic, social and mental health impacts of Net Zero, particularly on children, regional communities, and working Australians.
  3. Back real Australian energy, coal, gas, hydro and nuclear, to bring prices down, secure supply, and put our national interest first.

Australians deserve practical solutions, not pipe dreams pushed by climate alarmists, billionaires, and foreign bureaucrats.
