Albo claims that the two-party system, the “uniparty”, has “served this country pretty well”. It’s hard to imagine a political leader being so out of touch with the day-to-day lives of their countrymen and women. I don’t think those struggling to pay their energy bills because of the folly of net zero, their grocery bills because of rampant inflation, or dealing with the day-to-day consequences of mass migration will see these parties as having “served this country pretty well”.

The Labor leadership, though, are correct to view us as their real opposition.
