Another Election Choice
The recent letter, "Seat at Risk", suggests that Susan Templeman's seat in Macquarie is in jeopardy if Mike Creed promises to lobby for a curfew on the new airport. But it raises an important question: Why should the people of Macquarie only have two choices - Labor or Liberal? Macquarie is a large and diverse electorate, home to people from all walks of life, each with their own needs, values, and concerns. We don't need to settle for the traditional two-party system that limits our choices. We deserve a voice that truly represents all of us.
My name is Matthew Jacobson, and I'm running as the One Nation candidate for Macquarie. I'm a recently retired Australian soldier, a former school principal, and now a business owner. I'm also an immigrant who has built a life here in this wonderful community. I know that our community deserves honest, transparent, and fair representation. I'll be speaking with our Senator-elect about the airport curfew. It's a topic many care about, and I'm committed to listening and ensuring that our concerns are heard.
One Nation may have been controversial in the past, but my goal is simple: to represent everyone in Macquarie. I want to give you a real option that listens, that engages, and that works for the betterment of this community.
