  • The Memo Perrottet Won't Write

    Posted by · March 16, 2022 1:11 PM

Coming back into parliamentary service three years ago, the thing that has surprised me most about the NSW Government is the huge amount of time and money wasted by senior public servants in the workplace.

Since 2019 I have been alerted to and collected information on the following activities inside government departments during work-time:

    • Welcome to Country ceremonies
    • Rainbow Flag-raising ceremonies
    • Rainbow Cake-cutting events
    • Harmony Council meetings
    • Reconciliation Units
    • Critical Race Theory training
    • White Privilege shaming walks
    • Time in the ‘Imaginarium’ room contemplating the future
    • Personal Well-Being Sessions
    • How to Laugh lessons, like the disgusting one held last week during the flood crisis
    • Yoga and other ‘relaxation’ classes during Lockdowns
    • How to bake Indigenous cookies
    • Hanging expensive Indigenous paintings in the Treasury tea-room
    • Setting up special Yarning Circle rooms
    • Paying for Busker entertainment during Zoom meetings
    • LGBTIQ Alphabet hand-wringing sessions
    • Handing over floor space at the Powerhouse Museum to the ‘Department of Homo Affairs’
    • Unconscious bias therapy training
    • Bruce Pascoe Book Clubs
    • Wear It Purple Day
    • IDAHOBIT Day
    • Meetings to get rid of girlie photos in the toilets of construction sites
    • Gender Equality Units
    • So-called Cultural Sensitivity training.

After all these activities have been completed, they must have 7 minutes left before knocking off for the day—enough time for sorting out their personal pronouns (as Transport for NSW did recently).

There’s your answer as to why the trains aren’t running properly, our school results have gone down the drain, and hospital emergency rooms are over-crowded.

Instead of doing their day jobs, senior public servants on big money are involved in woke political rubbish. More junior public servants tell me they resent this campaign as they, quite properly, they just want to do the job they signed up for.

Premier Perrottet could end this with one simple memo to Departmental heads: announcing a new productivity measure of saving hours every day by abolishing the woke politics and getting back to actually serving the people and taxpayers of NSW.

How hard is that? But Perrottet is scared to act. He knows of the problem but finds it too hard to stand up to his Leftie public service bosses.

In practice, he’s not running the State, they are. And taxpayers are being ripped off badly—paying for politics, instead of customer service.

  • Majors Taking Australia Back to the Dark Ages

    Posted by · March 16, 2022 12:40 PM

Three hydrocarbon fuels freed humanity — gas, oil, coal.

Prior to the industrial revolution humanity suffered extremes of nature and endured poverty, famines, starvation and death.

Thanks to the industrial revolution over the last 170 years, human progress has lifted billions of people out of poverty and misery. Because as energy prices fall productivity increases, and as productivity increases wealth increases — not just for some, for all.

Instead, over the last three decades Australia’s dopey, dishonest, deceitful politicians have artificially tripled electricity prices.

Instead of having the world’s lowest electricity prices and attracting electricity-intensive industries and being independent, Australia now has the world’s highest electricity prices. That kills manufacturing and hurts family budgets and makes us dependent on other nations.

All so that politicians can parade their compliance with UN dictates.

Now we export our coal to China where they use it to generate electricity at one third the cost of electricity prices here in Australia. All because we have stupid, dishonest, anti-human policies subsidizing 'unreliables' — wind, solar.

In future elections — put the nation-killers, the majors, last.

  • United Services Walk Against Vaccine Mandates

    Posted by · March 15, 2022 2:35 PM

Great turn out today at the United Services walk against vaccine mandates!

Estimated about 1000-1200 people there supporting Aussies who have been fighting to keep their jobs in the face of jab mandates and discrimination!

It's important we keep fighting on this issue. Not just to help those who have lost their jobs or whose jobs are under threat but to make sure this never happens again!

Keep up the good work everyone!

Let's help make sure the overreach we have seen during the COVID-19 pandemic never happens again by supporting my push for a COVID-19 royal commission.

  • Anthony Albanese — Master of Disguise

    Posted by · March 15, 2022 1:32 PM

Scott Morrison says Anthony Albanese doesn’t know who he is.

He couldn’t be further from the truth. Anthony Albanese knows exactly who he is.

Over the past 35 years Anthony Albanese has supported every failed Left-wing policy in Australian politics.

This includes advocating for radical economic policy, stopping boat turn backs, open borders and filling school classrooms with woke rubbish.

If Scott Morrison wants to have any chance at winning the next federal election he has to flush out Anthony Albanese for the radical lefty that he is.

  • "Better Safe than Sorry" is the Motto of a Police State

    Posted by · March 15, 2022 1:19 PM

A BIG WELCOME BACK TO THE QCCL – WE MISSED YOU GUYS!!

It was a long time coming but the Queensland Council of Civil Liberties finally came out swinging this week with a blistering attack on the Government’s new Bill extending its use of 'emergency powers'.

Many Queenslanders, including myself, were disappointed when the QCCL seemed to be M.I.A. at a time when civil liberties were under threat as never before in the State’s history.

It was therefore a pleasant surprise to read QCCL’s excellent submission opposing the new Bill, topped off by a barn-storming performance at yesterday's Hearing.

The QCCL President said in his submission the following (direct quotes):

    • The concept of a permanent state of emergency is inconsistent with the whole concept of a liberal political order.
    • Freedom has enormous value in our society and that includes the freedom to take on some risk.
    • There is now a real danger that these extraordinary powers are becoming ‘normalised’.
    • These are the most Draconian powers that have ever existed in Queensland, including in wartime.
    • The longer they remain in force the more people will become inured to them with the consequence that they will become normalised. This is entirely unacceptable.

Mr Cope is scathing at the Government’s misuse of 'the precautionary principle' to justify eliminating civil liberties:

    • The precautionary principle is a long-winded way of saying "Better safe than sorry".
    • "Better safe than sorry" is the motto of a Police State.
    • It would follow from 'better safe than sorry’', that all of us ought to be subject to continuous surveillance so that nobody could commit a crime.

On Mandates, the QCCL President said:

    • NO PERSON SHOULD BE COMPELLED TO TAKE THE VACCINE WHO HAS A RELIGIOUS, PERSONAL OR PHILOSOPHICAL OBJECTION TO DOING SO.
    • Anyone who decides not to be vaccinated, is exercising their rights to bodily integrity and to control their own medical treatment. They must be taken to have accepted the risk of being infected.

Mr Cope also spoke movingly of the impact these powers have had on the young and elderly:

    • Children and young people are being deprived of a chunk of their lives WHICH THEY WILL NEVER GET BACK. Children and young people have missed out on social activities in school, dating, clubbing and other rites of passage.
    • Older people missed out on hugging their grand kids and simple things like going out to movies or that dream overseas trip.
    • Time is ticking whilst we prevent people from being able to make their own decisions about what risks they are prepared to take given their stage of life or the time that is available to them.

When the Committee asked why any ‘government would keep emergency powers longer than they were needed’, he was frank:

"Once governments are given powers, they tend to keep them. That’s just the nature of the Beast"

    Bravo Mr Cope!

  • Withdraw Experimental Gene-Based Treatment—Covid Medical Network

    Posted by · March 15, 2022 12:12 PM

The attached Covid Medical Network (CMN) letter dated 8 March 2022 summarises and supports the many concerns that people throughout the world have expressed in regard to the experimental COVID gene-based vaccines.

The CMN point to potential sub-standard data, governance and flawed processes that Australian governments and their advisers have relied on in approving and in mandating these so-called vaccinations. Vaccinations that we know have caused significant numbers of adverse effects and deaths.

The Morrison Government and their advisers in the TGA and ATAGI must respond promptly to these shocking allegations.

The Morrison Government must come clean and respond to the CMN and hand over their policies, minutes, advices and the data that they relied upon to so significantly affect the health and social fabric of Australia. And no blanked out (redacted) documents please.

This CMN letter, written and supported by doctors, clinicians, researchers and stakeholders, must be treated seriously.

It is just another reason that One Nation is calling for a Royal Commission.

  • Beware of Human Rights Commissioners Bearing Gifts

    Posted by · March 15, 2022 10:49 AM

Queensland’s Human Rights Commissioner made an excellent start in his Submission on the Government’s new Public Health and Other Legislation (Extension of Expiring Provisions) Bill 2022.

He said he did NOT support the "extension of Queensland’s existing Covid-19 emergency powers legislation", arguing there was no longer "sufficient justification" for its ongoing limitations on human rights.

The Commissioner also made a number of extremely insightful comments regarding the legal status of the Chief Health Officer’s powers, in particular, whether there is any ‘right to judicial review’ of the CHO’s directives under the Queensland legislation.

He also made a few swipes at the government’s claim that the ongoing “limitation on rights” was “necessary”, saying it had provided no “evidence” to support this.

    Sounds great, doesn’t it?

Well, not so fast… On page 8, everything suddenly takes a very dark and dangerous detour.

    According to the Commissioner:

"..the current framework can be significantly improved… by enacting PANDEMIC LEGISLATION like that in Victoria". [My emphasis]

    Wait, what??

Doubling down even further, the Commissioner describes Victoria’s appalling legislation as being "fit for purpose", and better able to protect human rights than the current arrangement.

The laws Mr McDougall is referring to were passed in Victoria late last year.

They insert provisions conferring enormous, additional, and PERMANENT emergency powers on the EXECUTIVE branch of government, ostensibly to help it respond to future pandemics.

These extraordinary 'powers' allow the Premier and senior public health officials to declare a pandemic and impose indefinite lockdowns even if there are no actual 'cases' in the country.

Even worse, these draconian, and permanent, powers remove ‘habeas corpus’ and the privilege against self-incrimination.

They also cannot be challenged in the courts.

The Commissioner claims that such PERMANENT 'PANDEMIC MANAGEMENT' LEGISLATION—similar to Victoria and the ACT—is more "compatible with human rights".

Well it may be more compatible with his idea of human rights, but it isn’t compatible with mine.

In fact, the legislation he proposes comes straight out of the World Economic Forum’s formula for 'governance change', and would overturn our traditional democratic processes and replace them with a technocratic RULE BY COMMITTEE model similar to that in the EU.

The European Union (EU), you may recall, has a PRETEND parliament where members are elected but hold NO power and govern nothing.

All decision-making power rests in the so-called 'independent' committees, panels, commissions, and roundtables the EU is notorious for.

IT is a sham 'top down' system of government, completely antithetical to the true meaning of democracy and 'rule by the people'.
    …..
    Disclosures:
Australia’s Human Rights Commissioner was, until 2021, Edward Santow: a Young Global Leader. The Human Rights Commission enjoys close ties with the World Economic Forum and other global governance bodies.

  • High Profile Organisations Dropping Jab Mandates

    Posted by · March 15, 2022 10:10 AM

Because of the Morrison Government's refusal to challenge the states over vaccine mandates it has been left to everyday Aussies to take matters into their own hands.

One group of Aussies, made up of 24 airline staff, is doing exactly that and is taking their fight against vaccine mandates to the federal court.

Recently we have seen a number of high profile organisations drop mandates. This includes the South Australian Police, Gold Coast City Council and Surf Lifesaving Queensland.

It is unlikely we would be seeing this success if it wasn't for the hard work of all those opposing vaccine discriminations both in the streets and in the courts.

That's why I'll be backing the Aussie Freedom Flyers' Magnificent Qantas24 in their legal challenge and even chipping in to show my support.

If you want to learn more or think you might want to chip in as well the link to the website is just below.
    www.aussiefreedomflyers.com

I'll also be attending today's United Service Walk, supporting nurses, firefighters, paramedics, police, teachers and defence personnel who oppose COVID jab mandates, and walking with them from King George Square to Queensland State Parliament.

The walk will start at 11am so if you are interested in showing your support you should aim to arrive a little earlier.

  • The Natural Disaster Blame Game

    Posted by · March 14, 2022 5:32 PM

Who else is sick of the natural disaster blame game?

You see it play out every time between state and federal governments and the media is always quick to jump on board to help their favourites score some political points.

Watching how the media has covered the latest round of mud slinging and finger-pointing in the aftermath of the floods in QLD and NSW has been really disgusting.

People are sick of the lies and the games, they just want politicians and the media to tell the truth and do their job!

  • An emergency cannot last forever

    Posted by · March 14, 2022 5:00 PM

Queensland’s Human Rights Commissioner has blasted the Palaszczuk Government’s move to extend the chief health officer’s unprecedented Covid powers, arguing “such significant human rights limitations” cannot be allowed to continue unchecked.

"As a community, we have learnt about the impacts of quarantining conditions on people’s mental health, the human rights limitations arising from public health directions that confine people to their homes and the mandating of vaccines," Mr McDougall wrote in a scathing, 12-page submission to the committee.
