‘Can’t stop me’: Pauline Hanson defiant as Senate censure ends
Pauline Hanson has struck a defiant tone as she returns to parliament after being censured over a burqa protest, as One Nation continues to rise in the polls.
Addressing the Senate on Thursday, Senator Hanson’s message was a simple one: “I’m back”.
“You can kick me out, you can dismiss me or try to silence me, but you can’t stop me, because Australians know I have their back,” she said. The Liberals and Nationals thought they were so smart voting to kick Pauline Hanson out of parliament, didn't they? Oh boy, how wrong could they have been?
