Senator Hanson Demands Debate on ISIS Repatriations

Senator Pauline Hanson sought to move an urgent motion in the Senate, warning that Labor’s secretive repatriation of people linked to Islamic State poses a grave national security risk. The Labor party tried to shut Pauline down, however she kept going, pushing through, and rose above their hatred for Australia. She reminded Australians of the brutal acts committed and inspired by ISIS, from the Lindt Café siege to multiple murders across the country, and condemned both major parties for allowing extremists to return. Senator Hanson argued that anyone who joined ISIS should never be reintegrated into Australian society, insisting they face real consequences — including permanent imprisonment — to keep Australians safe.
