Leftist media cries after being left out in the cold

It’s no secret the ABC and the Guardian have it in for One Nation. Their appalling bias and complete lack of objectivity is there for all to see.

It can be (somewhat) excused at the Guardian, which isn’t owned by taxpayers. There’s no excuse for it at the ABC.

This week, lefty newspaper The Age also experienced some consequences. After their disgusting behaviour towards One Nation at the Nepean by-election, they found themselves joining the ABC and Guardian on the sidelines for one of the biggest stories of the Victorian election this week – our announcement of leader Warren Pickering and several leading candidates.

For a very long time, The Age used to be Australia’s most prestigious newspaper. Something went wrong somewhere at some time. In recent years they’ve been enabling the corrupt Victorian Labor government, especially Dan Andrews’ terrible pandemic lockdown.

As usual, these cheerleaders for Labor and the Greens made complaints about freedom of speech and democracy. It shows they have no idea what the concept really means. Free speech only protects you from penalty or sanction by the government. It doesn’t protect you from other consequences – nor should it – and it doesn’t entitle you to crash a press conference to which you haven’t been invited.
