Something like 200 protesters marched in Hawthorn, Melbourne in a failed attempt to disrupt a sold-out One Nation event on Monday night after Pauline Hanson announced candidates for the Victorian election.

After too many years of Labor rule in Victoria, Melbourne has become a cesspit for far-left extremism and weekly protests. Just like last time the One Nation leader visited the city, a heavy police presence was required to keep order.

It shouldn’t have to be this way, of course. The police have much more important things to do than babysit protesters. People have the right to protest peacefully but Melbourne’s experience over the past two or three years has shown the extremist left have no intention of being peaceful.

People also have the right to attend political events and hear from those who are seeking their support at an election. The extremist left don’t support that right either.

There are now reports of a nation-wide protest against One Nation being held next week, featuring the usual ferals but also potentially including some high school kids who are being encouraged to walk out of classrooms. It’s a great shame that school students are being indoctrinated by Marxists.

In the end, it’s no skin off our nose. Most Australians have had enough of these idiots and their craziness. Every time they wave a Palestinian flag, attack a synagogue, threaten police or just open their mouths, more votes find their way to our party. More and more Australians are turning to One Nation as the only hope for ending this nonsense and taking our country back.
